How to obtain your log-in for the Patient Portal:
When you check in at an ARMS Health Center, you will be asked if you would like to sign up for the Patient Portal. Upon receipt of your photo ID and a valid email address, you will receive an email invitation with a link that connects you to another secure site where you will set up your portal user account. Upon following the link, you will be given directions on how to complete the registration process.
The Patient Portal is password protected, and all messages are encrypted to ensure security. No one will be able to view your health information except you, someone you have authorized, and your Primary Care Medical Team.
