ADULT MEDICAL SERVICES
ARMS incorporates prevention and health promotion, treatment of illnesses, and management of chronic diseases to improve the overall quality of life for our patients and all communities.
Deterrents to healthcare access, barriers of language, race, and ethnicity, create situations whereby individuals are less likely to use primary care and preventive services; less likely to follow medication regimens and more likely to use Emergency Rooms. ARMS is breaking down those access barriers by being your Primary Care Medical Home to all under-served, uninsured, and low-income residents in all communities.
Primary Adult Healthcare
Every day, millions of people with chronic diseases struggle to manage their symptoms. About 80% of older adults have at least one chronic disease, and 8% have at least two. The good news is that you can learn to manage your symptoms to improve your quality of life. ARMS Providers will diagnose, educate, and treat you to assist in putting the joy back into your step.
ARMS is proud to be accredited by The Joint Commission as a Primary Care Medical Home. Using this model, it is our goal to provide excellent primary care experiences at each visit. In addition to the treatment of chronic diseases, your Primary Care Medical Team will provide education on the prevention of common illnesses.
