AFFORDABLE CARE ACT

As part of its regular funding through the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Alabama Regional Medical Services receives grant funds to perform Affordable Care Act Marketplace Assistance in our service area.  These activities include educating, assisting, and enrolling consumers into the Health Insurance Marketplace based on their needs and affordability.  Marketplace plans are offered by private insurance companies with a range of prices and services.  The Alabama Regional Medical Services Outreach and Enrollment Team and ARMS front desk personnel can assist those seeking information about the Affordable Care Act.
